We are a reseller, not a manufacturer. We select products from suppliers, list them on this website with the specifications provided to us, and arrange shipping to customers in the United States. When you buy from glamdealstore.com, your contract is with DEKOTA HOPPE LLC, and we remain responsible for your order from the moment you pay until the return window closes.
How Your Order Reaches You
Orders are shipped through our fulfilment partners. The products are manufactured overseas, and every product page lists the country of manufacture in its specifications so you can see it before you order. We ship to United States addresses only.
Standard delivery is estimated at 6 to 10 business days from the day you order, and that estimate is shown on every product page and in our Shipping Policy before you pay. We would rather give you a realistic window than a flattering one.
Responsibility for your order stays with us throughout. If an order arrives late, arrives damaged, arrives incorrect or does not arrive at all, you deal with us, not with the supplier, and we handle the replacement or refund.

Where Our Product Information and Images Come From
The product specifications on this website are supplied to us by the manufacturer or supplier of each item. We rewrite them into plain English, check them against the product images before listing, and remove anything we cannot verify. We do not invent certifications, test results or endorsements. If we cannot verify a claim, we leave it off the page. If we discover that a published detail is wrong, we correct it, and if an order has already been placed against that detail we contact the customer.
The product photographs on this website are also supplied to us by the manufacturer or supplier. They are not photographs taken by us, and the same images may appear on other websites that sell the same item. We are an independent reseller: we are not an authorised dealer, agent or official distributor for any third-party brand, and we do not claim any affiliation with one.
Most of the goods we sell are generic and unbranded. Where a product does carry a manufacturer’s name or mark, that name and any trademark belong to its owner and we use it only to identify the item being sold.
Shipping and Returns
We ship within the United States only. Our full terms are set out in the Shipping Policy and the Return & Refund Policy. Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please email support first so we can authorise the return and confirm the correct return address before you send anything back.
