Refund policy

At GlamDealStore, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read through our Return & Refund Policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window has passed.
  • Products that have been used, assembled, or are missing original parts.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@glamdealstore.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damage.

If your item was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item.

How to Start a Return

  • Email Support@glamdealstore.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item, or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant if it's available in stock. Simply let us know when requesting your return, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
